The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments. The Leasing Consultant maintains ongoing visible inspection and policing of community grounds. Activities include leasing apartments, generating and handling traffic in and out of the office, guiding prospective residents on tours of the property, ensuring prospects meet the company?s leasing qualifications, preparing lease documents and completing move-in paperwork, and following all procedures in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
Duties also include, marketing, processing service requests and follow-up with prospective residents. The Leasing Consultant provides outstanding customer service.
