Madonna Hits Ultra After MDNA Release

Right after Madonna?s MDNA album release on March 23, the pop icon showed up at the Ultra electronic music festival in Miami where she made some curious comments. This is a tough one. I love Madonna, she is the ultimate female pop star, and without her I doubt there would be a Lady Gaga or Britney Spears these days. She continues to change music by taking chances with her song choices. One thing she did this weekend apparently upset a few big name electronic artists, like one named Deadmau5. He is also an amazing artist, I can?t stop listening to ?Raise Your Weapon.? So I?m torn. It all began when Madonna jumped on stage at the festival and asked the crowed if they have ?seen Molly,? which is some sort of code for MDMA, the main ingredient in the drug ecstasy. That?s pretty stupid if you ask me. I don?t know if she was trying to be cool or what, but even as a fan I find it tasteless.
